Northern Beaches Group Meeting

Join the APS Northern Beaches Group Meeting for an evening of botanical discovery and exploration at the tranquil Stony Range Regional Botanic Garden, Dee Why.

The event begins with a focus on the Eriocaulaceae plant family, offering insights into these often-overlooked yet ecologically significant native species. Following this, Penny Hunstead will take us on a visual and narrative journey through the vast and rugged landscapes of Outback South Australia, sharing the unique flora, geology, and untamed beauty of this remote region.

More than just a meeting, this gathering is an opportunity to connect with like-minded nature enthusiasts, exchange knowledge, and deepen our appreciation for Australia’s diverse plant life. Supper, provided by Georgine & Jane, offers a chance for relaxed conversation to round out the evening.
