North Shore - Meeting & talk: Plants hidden in the clouds

  • 10 Nov 2023
  • 7:00 PM
  • Beatrice Taylor Hall, Hornsby.

Our featured speaker, Harry Loots, will take you on a journey through the enchanting world of alpine flora. He's captured the essence of these remarkable plants during his recent expeditions along the Overland Track, extending between Cradle Mountain and Lake St Clair in 2022 and 2023.

Harry's passion for Australian plants has deep roots, having been a long-standing member of the society and currently serving as the Treasurer of APS NSW. His enduring love for bushwalking, nurtured since his teenage years, has kindled his profound interest in growing Australian plants.

Join us for an informative and engaging talk. It's the perfect opportunity to expand your knowledge and connect with fellow nature enthusiasts. Mark your calendars for November 10th at 7:00 PM at Beatrice Taylor Hall.

Don't miss this opportunity to expand your botanical knowledge, enjoy plant sales (cash only, please bring change), partake in refreshments, explore the NSG Botanical library, and engage in a delightful evening of camaraderie. We look forward to seeing you there!
