Central Coast - Talk & meeting - Native Bees and pollinators of the Central Coast

Join guest speaker Ben MacAndrew, The Wild Pollinator in this family friendly event to learn all about the native bees and pollinators of the Central Coast. We’ll delve into ecology of native bees, how to support habitat and healthy ecosystems for them, and cover a beginners guide to keeping stingless bees in the home garden.

The Wild Pollinator:

Ben Davis-MacAndrew works professionally in the Environmental Management field. Using his degree in Environmental Science and Management, Ben has supervised a myriad of habitat restoration and revegetation projects throughout the Central Coast. His interest for more sustainable living has seen him working closely with local community groups to provide and maintain community garden spaces, assist in sustainable food production, and facilitate environmental education workshops where he aims to empower his local community with the skills and knowledge to live more harmoniously with nature.
