Cathie has been with Wildlife Animal Rescue and Care for almost 15 years, caring mostly for birds. She was the coordinator of the Central Coast branch of Australian Seabird Rescue and has a certificate in permaculture plus a passion for gardening. Cathie currently runs the Wildlife Carers Support and Education Association, educating the public on a variety of wildlife-related topics as well as bird carer training for several rescue organisations.
