About the Walks & talks Hear a talk by members of the North Shore group of the Australian Plants Society then be guided on a walk in the Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden to see and learn about our focus species as they come into flower. All welcome. No prior knowledge is required and information sheets are provided.
Term 1 - The program opens with three ‘Walk Only’ sessions Mondays as follows: March 13 Introduction to W&T at KWG. Leader: Jan April 17 Bush Foods & Fibres. Leader: Wendy
May 15 Insects & Inspiration. Leader: Margo
Meet at 9.45am at Caley's Pavilion in KWG. Sessions run for about 2 hours, unless a later return time is indicated. No bookings necessary. Sessions are free.
For your safety in the Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden, we will ask you for your name, mobile number and emergency contact number on arrival.

Walks are easy / medium. Wear a hat, suitable footwear and bring water / snack. Also consider sunscreen and insect repellent.
