North Shore - Monday walks & talks

Be guided by members of the group on a walk to see and learn about our wonderful native plants as they come into flower.

This highly-regarded walk program is free. All welcome. No prior knowledge is required and information sheets will be provided. Bring your own name tag.

This year opens with three ‘Walk Only’ sessions:

14 March  Introduction to KWG
04  April    Bush foods, fibres & fungi
16 May      Wildlife of KWG

Activity modified due to Covid-19:

• each walking group will contain no more than 25 people
• each walker must be fully vaccinated.
• social distancing will be maintained.

Registration essential by the Saturday before the walk. Email Wendy Grimm wagrimm@tpg.com.au and provide name, mobile number & emergency contact number.

Meet at 9.45am at Caley's Patio, behind Caley's Pavilion. Sessions run for about 2 hours.

Walks are easy / medium. Wear a hat, suitable footwear and bring water / snack. Also consider sunscreen and insect repellant.
