Enjoy Australian native plants with the friendly Nowra Group of the Australian Plants Society!
Serving the Shoalhaven area, the Nowra Group began in November 1980, with the first meeting held in 1981. We are an active and enthusiastic group of over 50 members.
What we do
Our group enjoys garden visits, propagation workshops, plant identification walks with the occasional trip away, and we participate at the Berry Garden Festival as well as at events at the Jervis Bay Maritime Museum Complex.
Our meeting night is the second Thursday of the month from February through to November, we have interesting guest speakers on our meeting nights as well as plant table displays of seasonal plants and their flowers, and a lucky door prize.
Members have many benefits belonging to the Australian Plants Society NSW. See here for more details and how to join.
